Ehi Enabor holds an LLB degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Studies from Rhodes University as well as an LLM (Information Technology Law) from the University of Edinburgh. 


Ehi Enabor joined the firm in 2011 as a Candidate Attorney after having attained experience outside of a law firm in respect of commercial contracts and large-scale construction projects while working in the office of the Solicitor-General of the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. 


Ehi was appointed as a Director in MHA's Dispute Resolution and Administrative Law departments in 2021. 


Ehi specialises in commercial litigation matters and represents a wide variety of state-owned and private companies in disputes in both the Magistrates’ and High Courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.  In addition to his litigation practice, Ehi advises numerous government entities and state-owned companies on a plethora of matters arising from procurement and related aspects of administrative law. 


Ehi also has extensive experience in relation to advising on issues of data privacy, access to information and protection of personal information (both from POPIA and GDPR perspectives) and provides advice to state-owned entities and regulators in relation to all aspects of information technology and media law.
